Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Level I-III Patients undergoing unilateral total hip replacement due to necrosis of the femoral head, inflammatory joint disease (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), or hip dysplasia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Puncture site infection. 2) History of hip surgery. 3) Lower extremity nerve injury. 4) Contraindications to local anesthesia. 5) Allergic history of local anesthetics. 6) Coagulation dysfunction. 7) Drug or alcohol abuse. 8) Take painkillers daily. 9) Combined with other parts of the trauma. 10) Preoperative delirium, Parkinson's disease, dementia, severe neurological disease, stroke within 3 months, severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C), renal failure.
