Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: POI: Meeting the POI diagnostic criteria proposed in 2016 by ESHER: age25IU/L on two occasions >4 weeks apart. Control group: Select 50 healthy female volunteers who match the age, height, and weight of the POI group as the control group. Normal menstruation, sinus rhythm, no hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes, and normal routine transthoracic echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: POI: ? age>40 years old; ? prior HRT; ? severe cardiovascular disease,including congenital cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, pericardial disease; ? hypertension, diabetes, blood system disease, autoimmune system disease,or history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; and ? poor image quality. Control group: Routine transthoracic echocardiography indicates abnormalities or poor image quality.
