Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The first stage: 1. Live newborns (single or multiple) born within a specified period of time (within 2 months); 2. Informed consent has been signed by the parent, responsible parent or legal guardian. The second stage: 1.SGA group: All infants and young children identified as SGA in the first stage were included; 2. Non-sga group: Infants with normal growth indicators such as body length, body weight and head circumference were included in the non-SGA group; 3. Parents or legal guardians have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The first stage: 1. Gestational age can not be obtained through the last menstrual or prenatal B-ultrasound examination; 2. death at birth; 3. Unable to gain weight within 24 hours due to severe complications at birth; 4. Diseases affecting physical measurement indicators at birth, such as hydrocephalus, limb deformity, abnormal appearance, abnormal shape, fetal edema, etc.; 5. Failure of the parent or legal guardian to comply with the trial protocol; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for clinical study by the investigator. The second stage: 1. The parent or legal guardian is unable to comply with the trial procedure; 2. Patients deemed unsuitable for clinical study by the investigator.
