Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males aged 20 to 45; 2. Patients who visited our reproductive medicine department from April 2022 to January 2023; 3. Patients who were infected with COVID-19 from December 2022 to January 2023 and have recovered (two negative test reports); 4. Voluntary participation with agreement to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No history of COVID-19 infection; 2. Severe oligospermia, asthenospermia, teratospermia, or azoospermia; 3. Patients who have undergone vasectomy or prostate surgery; 4. Patients who have ejaculatory dysfunction; 5. Severe underlying diseases (severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and endocrine diseases); 6. Other infertility factors (cryptorchidism, genital injury or malformation, chromosomal abnormalities); 7. Individuals who refuse to provide semen samples; 8. Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
