Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All health indicators were within normal limits. 2. Ensure full participation in the 10-week sports game intervention. 3. After being familiar with the content and process of this study, the parents of the subjects signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the health risk assessment of subjects, as long as any test cannot be completed, it will be excluded. 2. Tibetan, Qiang, Yi and other ethnic minorities are not included, and ethnic differences are excluded. Parents of subjects refused to sign the informed consent form. 4. At the beginning of the exercise intervention, if the subject fails to participate in the intervention program in time for more than 3 times, it should be terminated. 5. Children with extracurricular physical training and high level of exercise were excluded.
