20 Years to 43 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Autologous sperm and autologous oocyte cycle; 2. PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies) cycle; 3. Female age ranging from 20 to 43 years old, male age = 20 years old; 4. Diagnosis of recurrent spontaneous abortion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe oligospermia and asthenospermia; 2. testicular sperm and frozen-thawed sperm; 3. The volume of semen on the day of egg retrieval is less than 2mL; 4. Sperm concentration on the day of egg retrieval is less than 5x10^6/mL; 5. After egg retrieval, there are less than 6 MII eggs.
