20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals undergoing a health checkup with carotid ultrasound as part of the examination itinerary. 2.Serum sample remained after the routine blood test collected on the same day. 3.Serum samples aliquoted and stored in a -80 degree Celsius freezer. 4.Voluntary participation in clinical research, with signed informed consent in physical screening for health promotion program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Possibly broken or contaminated serum sample affecting experimental results. 2.Diagnosed atherosclerosis cardiovascular diseases (i.e, coronary artery disease, stoke) . 3.Conditions judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study.
