Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who were admitted to ICU after surgery and infected with COVID-19 within one week before and after surgery in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from August 2020 to December 2023 were included in the case group (about 60 cases); According to the 2:1 matching condition, patients with the same gender, the same surgical name, receiving the same surgical team, the age difference of no more than 5 years, not infected with COVID-19 within one week before and after surgery, and admitted to ICU after surgery were included in the control group (about 120 cases).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. < 18 years old; 2. Population-specific patients (e.g., only women, mainly during pregnancy and gynecological and obstetric operations); 3. Incomplete data.
