Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.RMPP group and non-RMPP group RMPP group: In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Children (2023 edition), etiological diagnosis basis: Mp-igm and MP-igg can be detected by ELISA, and MP infection can be confirmed when the recent infection of MP is considered, and the titer of MP-igm or IgG antibody is increased or decreased by 4 times or more in recovery and acute stages. ? PCR assay was used to detect nucleic acid quantification positive in throat swabs. ? At the same time, after formal treatment with macrocyclic lipids antibiotics for > 7 days, the clinical symptoms worsened, the fever continued, and the lung imaging worsened. Non-rmpp group: ? met the diagnostic criteria of MPP, ? did not meet the diagnostic criteria of RMPP. 2. Grouping of imaging changes Group with significant imaging changes: MPP children with lung consolidation, atelectasis, pleural effusion. Non-imaging change group: MPP children did not have lung consolidation, atelectasis, pleural effusion. 3. Extrapulmonary complications were grouped Group with extrapulmonary complications: MPP children with extrapulmonary tissue involvement, such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and other tissue damage. Group without extrapulmonary complications: MPP children without extrapulmonary tissue involvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with diseases such as blood system diseases, tuberculosis or other serious heart, liver and kidney damage; ? Congenital and acquired immune deficiency; ? with congenital malformations; ? bronchopneumonia with non-MP infection (such as chlamydia, Rickettsia, viral and bacterial infections); ? Other MP-infected patients with lesions other than lung; ? Patients who took hormones or immunosuppressants 2 weeks before admission.
