Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin electrophoresis/Gene Diagnostics DiagnosTM, transfusion dependent; 2. Receive full and half congruent HLA-derived hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Age 1-60 years old, gender is not limited; 4. No serious organ damage; 5. Available for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious dysfunction of major organs; 2. Tumors and serious infectious diseases; 3. Severe active infection
