Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be a nursing staff member in the operating room of our hospital and possess the qualification for nursing practice; (2) Have been engaged in operating room nursing work for at least 1 year; (3) Be able to cooperate in completing the research and related interviews, and can fully express the feelings after the incident occurred; (4) Be informed about this study and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are not nursing staff in the hospital’s operating room, or who were not on duty during the study period due to reasons such as sick leave, maternity leave, study trips, or business travel. (2) Those who have been engaged in operating room nursing for less than 1 year. (3) Those who are too emotional to cooperate with the completion of the study or interview.
