Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 16 years or older with pneumonia. But it should have relatively complete medical record data, including independent variables such as age, underlying disease, body mass index, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Simultaneously suffering from diseases such as malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe immune dysfunction, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, leukemia, and HIV patients. Patients who have already participated in similar studies to avoid data duplication and potential research bias. Patients who are unable to obtain pathogenic results or whose pathogenic results do not match clinical conditions after entering the experiment.
