Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with lung cancer; (2) In a good general condition; (3) Patients scheduled for surgical treatment; (4) Primary tumor WES testing has been performed or WES testing is planned; (5) Clearly understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subject’s previous history of cancer; (2) Routine pathology is not non-small cell lung cancer; (3) Patients diagnosed with multiple primary tumors; (4) Patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; (5) Postoperative pathology showed carcinoma in situ, minimally invasive adenocarcinoma, and stage IV lung cancer; (6) Patients who were lost to follow-up immediately after surgery; (7) Patients in whom somatic mutations were not detected in the primary tumor tissue; (8) Patients with contraindications to surgery; (9) Non-radical surgery; (10) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; (11) Other situations that are not suitable for inclusion as assessed by the researcher.
