18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age= 18 years old, < 75 years old; 2) Those who are clinically identified as requiring surgical treatment; 3) Patients who agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consents. 4) Preoperative diagnosis is consistent with pituitary adenoma (Knosp grades 3 or 4) by MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (Any of the following items are excluded): 1) Those with contraindications to surgery; 2) Patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, cannot cooperate with the study; 3) Patients with non-pituitary adenomas that confirmed by histological evaluation postoperatively.
