Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old, male or female; 2. Locally advanced rectal cancer patients to be treated with neoadjuvant therapy; 3. The patient knows and voluntarily signs the informed consent, can communicate in language or in writing, and has good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases; 2. Have used any antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics in the past 1 week; 3. Any situation in which the investigator believes that the participant should be excluded from the study.
