Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with a femoral neck fracture, which was a fresh fracture (within 3 weeks of injury); (2) The patient’s age ranged from 60 to 75 years old; (3) After admission, the patient underwent FNS+PRP treatment or hip replacement surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient suffers from basic diseases that affect limb functions, such as hemiplegia. (2) The patient has multiple fractures in the lower limbs. (3) Before admission, the patient was suffering from diseases such as lung infection and pressure sores.
