Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =60 years 2. Surgical patients diagnosed with lung cancer by histopathology 3. Patients who can communicate normally and can cooperate with the evaluation 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before surgery 2. Patients with other neoplastic diseases 3. Those who have been enrolled in other clinical trials
