Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants (less than 37 weeks of gestation), low birth weight infants (less than 2500g), macrosomia infants (more than 4000g), and birth offspring whose parents were diagnosed with abnormal glucose metabolism diseases such as diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance before or during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Identify abnormalities or chromosomal abnormalities; 2. The offspring have been diagnosed with endocrine disorders or congenital metabolic disorders.
