Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 edition); 2. Hoehn-Yahr grades 1-3; 3. Age =40 years old; 4. There were no metal implants in all patients; 5. Patients who have received regular Parkinson's drug treatment; 6. no obvious cognitive impairment, can communicate normally; 7. Patients and their families were informed of this study and signed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological or orthopedic diseases affect limb function, unable to stand; 2. Language or speech dysfunction, consciousness or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Patients with metal implants in the skull; 4. have a history of epilepsy; 5.Complicated with tumor, cancer or serious organic diseases of the heart, liver, spleen, kidney; 6. The patient and his family do not cooperate with the treatment or do not agree to sign the informed consent.
