18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary diagnosis: calcium oxalate stones; (2) Age: 18-60 years; (3) Have had more than 2 stone recurrences in the past 3-5 years and admitted to hospital; (4) Informed about the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute renal failure or glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <30 mL/min/1.73m^2 at screening; (2) Patients with recurrent uric acid stones; (3) Obstructive uropathy, renal failure, renal tubular acidosis, chronic uremia, and medullary sponge kidney; (4) Patients with severe digestive disorders (e.g., acute peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, restrictive enteritis, intestinal obstruction), malignancy, cardiovascular disease, active autoimmune disease, hypercalcaemia or hypothyroidism; (5) Hypertension and diabetes mellitus that cannot be effectively controlled clinically. (6) Failure to sign the informed consent
