Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Histologically or cytologically confirmed as SCLC; 2) Have not received systemic treatment for SCLC before; 3) According to RECIST 1.1, the subject must have at least one untreated and measurable tumor lesion; 4) Tumor tissue and blood samples confirming SCLC diagnosis are required; 5) The control group is healthy individuals without known diagnosed cancer and medical history, and has baseline peripheral blood. 6) Enrollment samples are required to cover all ages and genders as much as possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of malignant tumors other than SCLC; 2) Histologically confirmed as a mixture of SCLC and NSCLC components; 3) Have a treatment history in the past; 4) Participants who have been diagnosed with any other cancer; 5) Subjects who have received antibiotic treatment within 14 days before blood sampling; 6) Subjects who have received blood transfusion or blood products within 30 days before blood sampling; 7) Subjects who have received organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 8) Subjects who cannot tolerate blood sampling. 9) Participants who are currently receiving any antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy
