16 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age greater than or equal to 16 years old; B. Clinical manifestations consistent with nephrotic syndrome: serum albumin3.5g/d; C. Effectively completing renal biopsy pathological diagnosis in our hospital; D. There are serum total IgE test results completed by our hospital within one month before and after renal biopsy; E. Sign the consent form for renal pathological biopsy and subsequent clinical pathological data and specimen use in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Under the age of 16; B. Clinical manifestations do not conform to nephrotic syndrome; C. No effective renal pathological diagnosis has been completed by our hospital (such as failure to conduct renal biopsy pathological testing in our hospital, inability to confirm diagnosis due to unqualified renal biopsy samples, etc.); D. There were no serum total IgE test results completed by our hospital within one month before and after renal biopsy; E. Not signing the consent form for renal pathology biopsy and subsequent clinical pathology data and specimen use in our hospital.
