Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinson's disease at different stages; The conditions of all patients were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders (3rd edition), and all patients had anxiety and depression. The patient had no serious physical illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a past history of mental illness or other mental disorders; Patients with Parkinson plus syndrome; People with severe dementia and speech disorders; Patients who did not consent to sign samples for experimental studie
