Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =60 years, meet the WHO international Classification of diseases (ICD-10) criteria for dementia diagnosis; Physical function decline assessment scale assessment stage 6d and above; Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study (signed by family members);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic respiratory failure, pulmonary encephalopathy and other serious complications; Need continuous non-invasive or invasive ventilation, hemodynamic instability; The patient was unable to complete the study for other reasons.
