Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental Group: 1.Meets the modern medical diagnostic criteria for spastic cerebral palsy. 2.Spastic diplegic patients. 3.Age between 3 and 30 years. 4.Cerebral palsy caused by hypoxic-ischemic injury. 5.Signed informed consent. Control Group: 1.Age between 3 and 30 years. 2.No abnormal signs or symptoms of cerebral palsy or other neurological abnormalities. 3.No major internal diseases such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney issues, and no history of trauma. 4.No severe psychological disorders or mental illnesses. 5.Signed informed consent: participants voluntarily engage and understand the study content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for the Experimental Group: 1.Other types of cerebral palsy. 2.Presence of severe internal diseases such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney conditions. 3.Cerebral palsy caused by other factors such as infections or jaundice. 4.Conditions causing cerebral palsy-like symptoms due to genetic, metabolic, neurodegenerative diseases, brain tumors, or brain injuries. 5.Use of medications or treatments that could influence the study outcomes. 6.Presence of immunodeficiency, coagulation disorders, or other diseases that could affect the study results. Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group: 1.Presence of other neurological diseases: Exclude individuals with other neurological conditions. 2.Major internal diseases: Exclude individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, or significant liver or kidney dysfunction. 3.Genetic, metabolic, or neurodegenerative diseases: Exclude individuals with genetic disorders, metabolic diseases, or neurodegenerative diseases. 4.Brain tumors or brain injuries: Exclude individuals with brain tumors or brain injuries that cause structural changes in the brain. 5.Use of medications or treatments affecting study results: Exclude individuals undergoing treatments or using medications that could impact the study outcomes. 6.Immunodeficiency or bleeding disorders: Exclude individuals with immune system deficiencies orcoagulation disorders that could influence the results.
