Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 1-18 years old; ? AVMs was diagnosed by clinical evaluation, Doppler vascular ultrasound, computed tomography angiography or magnetic resonance imaging before operation; ? AVMs confirmed by DSA; ? The patient's family members signed the written informed consent; ? patients were willing to accept clinical follow-up; ? The following laboratory indicators should be met: absolute neutrophil count (ANC) =1.5x109/L; Platelet count =90×109/L; Hemoglobin =9g/dL; Total bilirubin =2.0× upper limit of normal value (ULN); Albumin =2.8g/dL; Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) =5×ULN; Serum creatinine =1.5×ULN and creatinine clearance (calculated by Cockcroft-Gault formula) =30ml/min; Good coagulation function was defined as international normalized ratio (INR) or prothrombin time (PT) =1.5 times ULN.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Contrast agent, embolic agent and heparin allergy; ? Intracranial AVMs; ? other types of vascular malformations such as arterial malformation, venous malformation and venous lymphatic malformation; ? symptomatic congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association class III-IV); 5. Unable to control high blood pressure; 6 a history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; ? Systemic or local infection in active stage or poorly controlled clinical; (8) History of immune vascular disease, tumor, or suspected blood-rich manifestations of tumor.
