Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were recruited by their family doctors from community primary health service centers in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China from October 2024 to October 2027. The inclusion criteria for COPD are first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC)<70%. Meets the standards of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to persist in clinical intervention; 2) Difficulty in movement; 3) Mental illness; 4) Other systemic diseases that affect the implementation of this intervention plan.
