Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No major health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, etc Non-football players, or non-professional football players with a certain athletic foundation. There was no significant dysfunction of the lower limb joints, and the patient was able to complete the basic lower limb motor test. They voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form. Can according to the research plan attend all training and testing activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional football players or individuals involved in football training for a long time. Having significant lower limb joint or muscle injury may affect the test results. Have heart disease, diabetes, and other major health problems. Using drugs may affect the performance of lower limbs, such as steroids, etc. There are severe psychological problems that may affect participation in training and testing. There is no guarantee that all participate in the training and testing activities of individuals.
