Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Radical thyroidectomy was performed for the first time. 2. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was papillary thyroid carcinoma; 3. No previous history of thyroid and cervical lymph node disease; 4. no history of other malignant tumors; 5. Complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid metastatic carcinoma; 2. Postoperative pathology complicated with follicular cancer, medullary cancer and other types of thyroid cancer; 3. Previous history of thyroid and cervical lymph node disease; 4. Previous history of other malignant tumors, or current history of other malignant tumors; 5. Incomplete clinical and pathological data.
