Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) underwent NIPT test at Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2023. (2) Single pregnancy. (3) NIPT test before 20 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete information of pregnancy outcomes (2) Incomplete baseline information when NIPT test (3)Lack of cffDNA proportion level in NIPT result (4) NIPT result is high-risk (5) Termination of pregnancy due to abnormal prenatal diagnosis or social factors.(6) chronic hypertension or diabetes
