18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing thoracic laparoscopy combined with radical esophageal cancer surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade ?~?; 3. Age 18~75 years old; 4. BMI 18.5~28 kg/m2; 5.Preoperative pulmonary function tests: FEV1 =70%; 6. Patients were willing to be tested and signed an informed consent form and had good adherence to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade =?; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 3. acute upper respiratory tract infection within the last two weeks; 4. Patient has a contraindication to the use of PEEP; 5. Preoperative chest CT suggestive of atelectasis, pleural effusion, pulmonary infection, and pulmonary bulla; 6. Patients who refuse clinical trials; 7. History of thoracic surgery.
