18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age = 18 years old; 2: Preoperative chest CT showed pulmonary bullae occupying one-third or more of the unilateral chest volume; 3: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of grade 3 or above on the mMRC scale, with a total bullous volume relaxation greater than 500ml; 4: There is a certain amount of relatively normal lung tissue, and the boundary between pulmonary bullae and surrounding lung tissue is relatively clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patient clinical data is missing; 2: There is a significant risk of bleeding or recent use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 3: The following cardiovascular diseases exist: bradycardia (<50/min), multifocal supraventricular tachycardia, complex ventricular arrhythmia or persistent supraventricular tachycardia, myocardial infarction or chronic heart failure within six months, and intolerance to bronchoscopy examination; 4: Severe asthma patients; 5: Patients with pulmonary infections, severe malnutrition, and coagulation dysfunction;
