Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia at Xiamen Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. Age range is 18 to 65 years old. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) scores 1-3 levels. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to participate in the study. Recent history of alcohol and drug abuse. There is cognitive impairment before surgery, which makes it difficult to communicate and objectively evaluate the scale. Preoperative diagnosis of mental illness, unable to cooperate in completing scale assessment.
