Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Children over 5 years old with severe constipation; (2) Excluded the diagnosis of congenital megacolon; (3) Not receiving surgical treatment related to constipation; (4) Parents agree and accept the surgical plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Children under 5 years old; (2) Diagnosed children without congenital megacolon; (3) Received surgical treatment related to constipation; (4) Those with surgical contraindications; (5) Parents refuse surgery.
