Test group ( LB group ):In LB group, 30 ml of bupivacaine liposome ( 266 mg ( 20 mL ) bupivacaine liposome dissolved in 0.9 % normal saline ) was injected into the iliac fascia space.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age > 60 years old, male or female ; ( 2 ) American Society of Anesthesiologists ( ASA ) grade I-III patients ; ( 3 ) Patients who are informed and voluntarily participate in clinical trials, and sign the ; ( 4 ) Patients who can actively cooperate with medical staff ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the completion of fascia iliaca compartment block ; ( 2 ) Severe coagulation dysfunction ; ( 3 ) Have a history of local anesthetic allergy ; ( 4 ) Infection and nerve injury at the puncture site ; ( 5 ) There are serious heart and lung diseases.
