Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke or confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for dysphagia (Grade 2 and above in the evaluation of Kota drinking water test) ? Glasgow Coma Score > 8 cents ? Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with thyroid disease and throat infection affecting local swallowing activity; ? There are serious eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, etc.; ? unable to cooperate
