18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Have a clear history of wrist trauma, and the ulnar pain of the wrist is obvious (2) Positive ulnar small foveoliness sign (3) Positive ulnar impact test (Ballottement) (4) Wrist MRI shows that the deep and superficial layers of the ulnar radial ligament are damaged (5) Conservative treatment for more than 3 months, the effect is not good (6) Carpal arthroscopy confirms that the deep and superficial layers of the lower ulnar radial ligament are torn (7) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?DRUJ degenerative osteoarthropathy ?Osteoporosis ?X-ray shows ulnar variation =±3mm, fracture malunion or congenital deformity ?Wrist surgery history ?Complicated with intercarpal ligament injury
