Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient met the diagnostic criteria of CSM in the Proceedings of the Second National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis in China. The patient had progressive sensory, motor or sphincter dysfunction of the limbs, and X-ray films showed developmental or degenerative cervical canal stenosis. ?MRI showed that the spinal cord was compressed in multiple segments, and the compressed segments were located within the level of neck 3 to 7. ? Posterior cervical extension of spinal canal plasty has been performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cervical lordosis disappeared or kyphosis deformity; ? Combined with local or systemic infection;?Cervical instability.
