Low dose cyclopofol group:Anesthesia was induced by 0.3mg/kg cyclopofol combined with 0.8ug/kg remifentanil
Propofol group:Anesthesia was induced by 1.2mg/kg propofol combined with 0.8ug/kg remifentanil
High dose cyclopofol group:Anesthesia was induced by 0.4mg/kg cyclopofol combined with 0.8ug/kg remifentanil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A certain number of ASA? - ? patients, aged 18-65 years, and BMI18-30, who received bronchoscopy were selected, no history of major organ diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc, no history of anesthesia drug allergy, and there are no abnormalities in preoperative blood routine and electrocardiogram.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People allergic to propofol or its excipients; (2) People who are allergic to soy or peanuts; (3) Use of analgesics or anti-anxiety drugs within 1 h before surgery; (4) Usually long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids treatment; (5) Patients suffering from neurological or mental disorders, language communication disorders.
