Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptoms of typical unilateral nerve root compression; 2.Age = 18 years old, = 75 years old; 3.Those who have undergone conservative treatment for 3 months or more but have not achieved satisfactory results ; 4.The preoperative cervical spine imaging showed protrusion leaning towards the affected side and compressing the nerves, which was consistent with the patient's clinical symptoms and signs; 5.VAS score = 5 points, out of 10 points; 6.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mixed cervical spondylosis also have other diseases that can induce upper limb pain, such as scapulohumeral periarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome; 2.Complications include cervical spine trauma, severe spinal deformities, and cervical infection. 3.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate surgery
