Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Clinical Guidelines for Non-specific Low Back Pain" . (2) Aged between 18 and 60; (3) Pain and discomfort below the costal margin, above the hip stripes and between the midaxillary lines on both sides; (4) Visual Analogue Scale/Score (VAS) >3 points; (5) The duration of the disease exceeds 12 weeks; (6) Straight leg elevation test was negative and imaging examination was normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pain caused by problems outside the lumbar spine (such as aortic aneurysm leakage); (2) specific diseases of the lumbar spine (such as tuberculosis, tumors, fractures, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, lumbar spinal stenosis, or lumbar spondylolisthesis); (3) Women during pregnancy; (4) can not cooperate with the completion of assessment and training; (5) Taking a variety of drugs or receiving other relevant treatments that may affect the test results; (6) Compliance was poor, and the participation rate did not reach 90%.
