Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18=age=80, and clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2.6.5% = HbA1c = 12%; 3.30 < UACR = 5000 mg/g and eGFR=30 ml/min/1.73m2 (calculated using CKD-EPI formula); 4.There was no treatment history of SGLT2i , ESA or antibiotic drug within 8 weeks before enrollment; 5.Take the maximum tolerated dose of ACEI or ARB 8 weeks before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of diabetic ketoacidosis or type 1 diabetes or patients with kidney disease of other etiologies; 2.Patients with hereditary glucose-galactose malabsorption or history of primary renal grape diabetes; 3.Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver diseases; 4.patients with kidney disease who need to receive immunosuppressive therapy; 5.Kidney transplant patients or patients with dialysis treatment; 6.Allergic or intolerant to SGLT2i.
