control group:Conduct a 40 minute sit in, during which the experimenter will pay full attention to ensure that the subjects do not play with their phones or engage in significant activities
High intensity exercise group:According to formulas 206.9-0.67 x subject age, calculate their maximum heart rate, and use 75% -85% maximum heart rate as the standard for moderate intensity exercise. P

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Normal BMI (BMI=18.5, or BMI<23 kg/m2; (2) Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day. The score of Nicotine dependence Test Scale was 5 points or above; (3) No eating disorder, mental disorder or neurological disease; (4) No history of other drug abuse (such as methamphetamine, alcohol, etc.); (5) Right hand.
