Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Femoral neck fracture requiring unilateral hip replacement. Age: 60-85 years old, weight: 40-80kg, ASA grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of opioid abuse and mental illness, local skin infection at the puncture site, peripheral neuropathy and bradycardia, abnormal coagulation, and use of epinephrine receptor blockers.
