Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age range: 18~75 years old; ? ASA grades I-III; ? BMI 18~30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe pulmonary disease; ? Allergic to research drugs; ? Long term use of gabapentin or pregabalin (for more than 3 months); ? Long term use of opioid drugs (taking opioid drugs for more than 3 months or taking an equivalent amount of morphine orally for more than 5mg/d, lasting for 1 month); ? Central system diseases, neurological disorders in the operated limb, cervical disc herniation or cervical spondylosis; ? Skin infection and coagulation dysfunction at the puncture site, previous surgical history at the puncture site.
