Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years 2. ASA1-III 3.First laparoscopic gastric tumor resection surgery is planned under intubated general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Allergy to the study drug; 4. Severe hypoproteinemia, severe electrolyte imbalance; 5. Severe hypertension (more than 180/110mmHg); 6. Severe arrhythmia ; 7. History of drug abuse ; 8. History of mental illness; 9. Pregnant women.
