Ultrasound therapy group:Use 1.5-3w/cm2, 1MHz, 60-80% duty cycle, continuous wave for ultrasound therapy twice a week for six weeks.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-70 years old, neck pain, pain lasting at least 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one or more of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: (1) those who have undergone surgery due to neck fractures or other reasons; (2) Cervical tumors or metabolic diseases; (3) The neck has been undergoing or has undergone treatment in the past three months; (4) Suffering from cognitive organic brain damage and dementia; (5) History of attempted acute suicide; (6) Has communication or language barriers, unable to complete the survey independently or with the help of staff.
