Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3-12 years old; 2. No gender limitation; 3. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed under deep sedation/anesthesia without endotracheal intubation; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. BMI18-27 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were symptoms of nausea and vomiting before surgery; 2. Children who need to stop bleeding, remove polyps or undergo other complex treatments during the examination; 3. Severely malnourished children; 4. Children with a history of anesthesia within 7 days; 5. Children allergic to propofol and oliceridine; 6. Children suspected of having difficulty in mask ventilation or tracheal intubation; 7. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease or abnormal liver and kidney function
