65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 65 years of age; (2) Preoperative patients who plan to undergo elective hip or knee replacement; (3) Patients receiving intraspinal anesthesia; (4) Collection of cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples at the same time; (5) Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of craniocerebral trauma and multiple trauma; (2) Drug dependent patients; (3) Patients with mental and psychological disorders; (4) Patients with dementia or cognitive dysfunction; (5) Those who cannot understand the relevant score scale of the experiment and do not cooperate with the evaluation; (6) Absence of cerebrospinal fluid and blood samples; (7) preoperative anesthetic drug users; (8) Preoperative patients undergoing emergency surgery; (9) Participating in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to study inclusion.
