Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Resident aged 35-75 in Nanhai District.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute illness or trauma surgery patients; (2) Those who are bedridden due to various diseases or sequelae; (3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease; (4) Patients with secondary diabetes (such as pancreatic disease or Cushing's syndrome after surgery); (5) Pregnant women (those with diabetes before pregnancy should be truthfully registered); (6) Floating population and other situations that cannot be accommodated.
